Dispute resolution and arbitration

For users in the United States: any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. For users in the European Economic Area: disputes may be brought before the courts of your country of residence under applicable local law.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For users in the European Economic Area, applicable local consumer protection laws apply.
